The hotel is really beautiful! The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished. Everything you need to feel comfortable is provided. The staff are extremely friendly and fulfill every wish! The service is exceptional. We are impressed by the mentality of the local people. The food: incredibly delicious!!! We are already looking forward to our next trip to Hollersbach!

We have been there several times. Very neat and clean, everyone is warm and welcoming, and you always feel at home. Very child-friendly and a great starting point for excursions (Krimml, Kaprun, Zell am See, Großglockner, ...). Simply wonderful! :-)

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. The first impression was already convincing. We were personally escorted to our room, and everything was explained (which is rare these days). All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a ski bus in front of the hotel, and it's a 5-minute drive to the Panoramabahn with your own vehicle. The food and overall environment are excellent.

We found a top modern room with a large balcony. The bathroom also shone with a like-new appearance (separate shower and bathtub). Additionally, the rooms are huge. Buffet for breakfast, menu for dinner. Both of high quality.

First of all, we are "FANS" of Austrian hospitality, but Hotel Kaltenhauser is something special for us. It's rare to feel so comfortable in a hotel. This is evident in many details, making it hard to list them all. Therefore, we would like to sincerely thank the owners and staff. We are very happy to have been your guests and look forward to seeing you again.

We have been traveling to this hotel for 5 years and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The surroundings, the ambiance, and the warm welcome from the staff make us feel truly at home. We will continue to visit this hotel ... pure relaxation!
