Rates 2012 ***new deluxe rooms bookable as of December 2012***

Dear Guests!

The 18th of March is the last departure date for this winter season. The Erholungshotel Kaltenhauser will undergo a major renovation and rebuilding process until the 7th of July 2012.

As of the winter-season 2012 we will be introducing a new product to our valuable guests "the Kaltenhauser deluxe-room"! The renovation will enclose a new hotel-entrance with staircase and elevator, lobby with front desk and 29 brand new guest rooms in the deluxe-categorie. The new rooms will contribute to your vacation experience on approximately 43m² (450 sq.ft.) with a specious bathroom that consists of a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower and separated toilet.

At the time we are working on the final touch with our architect and will be providing pictures soon. We are pleased to continue our hospitality with our new product and invite you to be our guest!

The rates are quoted per night and per person based on double occupancy, including V.A.T. and local tax, as well as the hotel pool and sauna-facilities. 

For shortstays we charge an additional 10% of the rack-rate in the booked room categorie!

We do accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Banking & Debit Cards.

-Single occupancy for a double room upon request (fee applies). 

-Sorry, but pets are not allowed in our hotel due to our participation to the Tauern Health cooperation, thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy:

to guarantie your reservation you will be asked to deposit € 300,- to the hotel or provide us with your credit card. Reservations cancelled 3 weeks before arrival are free of charge. Reservations cancelled later than 3 weeks before arrival will be charged with the requested deposit. Austrian hotel-law applies!
